The 56-Day Industry Experience Program
- The program runs for 56 days and is delivered online-first.
- Places are offered by application. Applying does not guarantee selection.
- The fee is ₹15,000 and is payable after selection, before the program starts.
- Participants work on supervised project work. All output produced during the program relating to client work remains the property of Northern Agency and its clients. Participants may present their contribution in a personal portfolio, subject to confidentiality and their mentor's confirmation of what may be shown.
- Participants are expected to meet agreed deadlines and to keep client information confidential. We may end a participant's place for non-participation or misconduct.
- No employment is guaranteed. High-performing participants may be considered for pre-placement or hiring opportunities with Northern Agency or partner companies, subject to performance, eligibility and available roles.
- Participation in the program does not create an employment relationship.

Liability
